How It Works

RIppers

Our 460 Lacrosse program is broken into two segments.  Practice & Tournament Play. To join 460 you must register to become a practice player.

Practice

This is for everyone. All players, regardless of skill level, are eligible to sign-up to be a practice player.  We practice on average 3x/month over the course of the year. Typically we will take the months of July and January off from practice, but we make up those missing practices in the other months.  There are three membership levels with this; Annual, Monthly, Seasonal

Annual | One payment of $550
Monthly | 12 payments of $60
Seasonal | 6 payments of $65 which only covers six months. You will need to renew every six months

Tournaments

We will offer tournaments for our players to participate in but they are A la carte. Players may sign-up to attend an event. Teams will be formed based on who is signing up for the event and making sure the skill levels match-up appropriately.  Players only pay for the tournament they attend.  Price per tournament varies but general cost is $200/tournament unless it is an elite recruiting tournament. We will offer approximately 5-7 tournaments per year.

460 Lacrosse Practice Model

460 lacrosse has developed a unique high-intensity, high repetition environment for our players. Driven by Constraint Led Approach (CLA) made famous by legendary coach Jamie Munro, we are constantly challenging players to adapt to their environment and find innovative solutions to problems. As they develop this ability they learn critical thinking while playing, develop their lacrosse IQ, and solve problems in creative ways.

Our Academy model is the perfect compliment to team practice as we are more driven in our academies to be very fundamental focused and developing technique and skill. These will be high frequency of touches and smaller groups.  It will include positional focused teachings a well as nothing more than a 3v2 or less, so much more active than most practices.
