The Virginia Mountain Lacrosse League is built around a simple idea: more opportunities to play, compete, and get better without the big travel commitment. How Are Teams Formed?
For High School age players we will form teams by high school as best as possible.
For youth ages, we will group similar aged players to compete against each other based on USA Lacrosse age groupings.
Game Format
Games will be 20-25 minutes running halves based on age group.
High School | 10v10 (12v12 girls)
Youth | Sixes
Rippers | 3v3, no pads
Note: Rippers will do 20 minutes of "practice" and then play for 30 minutes
