Our Academy is designed to accelerate player development through high-quality touches and focused training. In every session, players handle the ball hundreds of times—working on stick skills, footwork, and decision-making in game-like situations. More touches mean faster improvement, greater confidence, and stronger lacrosse IQ.

By combining high-rep drills with small-group coaching, the Academy creates an environment where players can push themselves, learn creatively, and develop the fundamentals that translate directly to game performance.
