Coach McGinn is the newly appointed Youth Director at 460 Lacrosse. He played goalie at the NCAA level for Mount St. Mary’s, NJIT, CCBC Essex, and Seton Hill University, where he was part of the 2022 GMAC Championship and NCAA Quarterfinal run. At CCBC Essex, he started 12 games and helped lead the team to the NJCAA National Semifinals.
In addition to his collegiate career, Coach McGinn is the founder of Pipe2Pipe Lacrosse (P2P), a training platform that has helped athletes reach the D1, D2, and D3 levels — including standouts like Logan Lyle (St. John’s) and Ryan Buonomo (Merrimack / U.S. U18 National Team). He was recently hired as an assistant coach with Virginia Tech Men’s Lacrosse and will be leading youth programming for 460, focusing on building confident, skilled, and game-ready athletes from the ground up.
