The 460 Lacrosse Boys Program offers a competitive and developmental experience rooted in CULTURE, accountability, and growth. Throughout the year, our players train, compete, and connect through a balanced schedule of seasonal development — from winter box lacrosse and spring training to summer tournaments and the fall field season. Each phase is designed with purpose, building on the last to create complete lacrosse players and strong teammates.
Our fall season features weekly team practices led by experienced, collegiate-level coaches, high-level tournament play, and skill-focused academies that elevate individual performance. We emphasize lacrosse IQ, fundamentals, and teamwork while providing recruiting guidance for high school players.

Rippers

The 460 Rippers program is where young players fall in love with the game. Designed for boys and girls who are new to lacrosse or still developing their skills, Rippers focuses on fun, fundamentals, and CULTURE — the building blocks of everything we do.
Our coaches create an encouraging, energetic environment where players learn how to catch, pass, shoot, and compete with confidence. Every session emphasizes teamwork, effort, and accountability, helping athletes grow both as players and as great teammates.
With year-round practices and a few optional tournaments, Rippers is the perfect fit for families looking for a low-travel, high-development experience. It’s about growing the game, building friendships, and developing a lifelong love for lacrosse — one rep at a time.

Built on the foundation of CULTURE, accountability, and growth, the Academy gives players access to the same high-level coaching and positive environment that define 460 Lacrosse. Athletes train alongside our travel teams, learning how to play fast, smart, and unselfish lacrosse while continuing to develop their fundamentals and love for the game.
The 460 Academy is the ideal path for players looking to sharpen their skills, build competitiveness, and prepare for the next step, all in a fun, team-oriented setting focused on effort, improvement, and enjoyment.
