Join Coach Len For Knock The Rust Off

Knock the Rust Off and Goaliepalooza!

When: December 26-December 30, 3:30-5pm

Where: Seneca Drive Field, Blacksburg, VA

Open to Girl's and Boys of all ages and skill levels (not limited to 460 players) 

What: This is a free and open clinic for lacrosse for anyone who would like to get ready for tryouts and play for the upcoming spring season and get some exercise over Christmas break. 

These coach led sessions will include:

Ball Skills
Speed and agility 
Conditioning 
Shooting 
Goalie Training too

And it's FREE. Just show up at the field 3:30 on these days and jump in. Bring your equipment and come have some fun.
